What’s the difference between full-service, partial, and month-of planning?

• Full-service includes everything from start to finish. Partial planning supports couples who’ve started but need help finalizing. Month-of coordination is for couples who’ve done the planning and need us to manage the final details and wedding day logistics.

• Starts with a complimentary consultation, followed by a contract, invoice, and deposit to secure the date

Can I customize a package?

• Absolutely. We recognize that each wedding is unique and may not fit a standard template. We are more than happy to create a tailored package that meets your specific needs.

• Every wedding is unique. Prices vary based on guest count, venue logistics, event complexity, and overall scope. "Starting at" reflects the base rate for that service, and we’ll provide a custom quote after a consultation

How do I know which package is right for me?

• We’ll help you decide based on how far along you are in the planning process, how many guests you’re expecting, and how much support you need. Full-service is ideal if you want us to manage everything; partial is great if you’ve started some planning.

Do your prices include décor or vendor costs?

• No. Our pricing is for planning and coordination services only. Décor, rentals, and vendors are separate, but we help you find and manage the right ones within your budget.

Will you be there on the wedding day?

• Absolutely. As your lead planner, I (or a trusted team member) will be there from start to finish, along with any necessary assistants, to manage every detail so you can enjoy your day.

How far in advance should I book your services?

• We recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind, particularly for popular seasons. Ideally, a lead time of 9–12 months will allow ample time to plan your perfect day. However, we also welcome last-minute bookings if our schedule permits.

Are assistants included in your pricing?

• Yes! Each package includes a lead planner. Larger weddings may require additional assistants. We’ll include this in your custom quote if needed.

Do you offer destination wedding planning?

• Yes! We offer destination wedding planning with travel fees based on location and customized packages

What if I need to reschedule my wedding?

• We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. We will collaborate with you to find a new date that accommodates your needs. Please be aware that additional fees may apply depending on the new date and availability.
